Rachael Lyon has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and it has played a big part in helping her learn to manage the depression and anxiety she has suffered for all of her adult life. A few years ago she was juggling being a mum and trying to do a full time job in part time hours and her stress levels were quite high! She believes it was her daily yoga practice that gave her the strength and courage to change role and cut her hours, train as a yoga teacher and spend more time with her beautiful daughter, Isobel. She is hugely passionate about introducing others to the benefits of yoga on the mind and body and believe it is for everyone no matter what shape, size, age or how flexible you are.
